I want to return something. Full instructions are on our Returns & Refunds page. UK and EU customers also have a statutory right to cancel.
My bowl arrived damaged. Email us a photo and we will send a replacement free of charge. No need to return the broken one.
Which size or height suits my dog? Tell us the breed and rough weight and we will advise.
Please note: we sell feeding equipment, not veterinary products. If your dog is unwell, is vomiting, or you are worried about bloating or gulping, please speak to your vet.
